Landing in London

I've loved this song since hearing it on their album when it came out but just now realized there is a video for it. Too bad they don't have Bob Seger to do the duet on the video.

Monster Squad

I got to hold the Monster Squad DVD in my hands today. I'm such a geek....I can't wait to pick this up Tuesday. This was one of the greatest films from my childhood.
PS3

Even though I have bashed Blu-ray in the past I have actually adopted the new technology. Just the other day I picked myself up a PS3. Not for the gaming but for watching movies. Being able to play games is just a sweet bonus. I probably won't even buy many games. I was a hard-core gamer when I was younger but through late high school and college I gave it up. I decided to jump back into things last year when I bought a 360. I bought that one specifically for Dead Rising but once I beat it I haven't really touched the system, even though I have a bunch of other games for it. (In my mind it was still worth the money even if I just played that one game). I wasn't even really thinking about getting a PS3 but at work we got in a open box one, so I was able to get a sweet deal on it. I had hated blu-ray b/c when they release films they haven't been putting out all the features that are available on the 2 disc DVD version of the film. I've noticed however that they have improved on that. From what I've read in all my DVD news sites blu-ray is going to win out or neither of the new formats will. Therefore with my enormous collection I better start buying the blu-ray version. The only down side I see is that Universal is the only major studio not producing films on blu-ray. Plus I don't have an HD TV yet so I can't get the most out of the technology. However even on a regular TV it still looks better than a regular DVD. Then I also picked up an optical cable so I could hook it up to my surround sound. All audio/visual cable are quite expensive but I'm able to get a really sweet deal on them, which makes for another great benefit about work.

Plus I have benefited from not opening DVDs when I buy them. I bought Enter the Dragon on DVD back in the beginning of June at Walmart for a really sweet price, but never opened it. Since Walmart has a 90 day return policy I was able to return it and get the Blu-ray version for only a few bucks more. Now if only I did the same on a few others.
Umbrella

You may be wondering what the hell am I doing posting a video for Rihannna. I've heard this song at work since it's release but only in the past week or so have I've seen the video. And well the truth is the song mixed with her dancing in this video is actually quite hypnotic. I'd figure I'd share that with everyone...lol

The ABCs of Outdoor Sex

Our favourite spots to get freaky during the summer ...By Myreille Simard

Aqua park
Why? Because the sight of your man in a swimsuit is bound to put you in the mood—and the water is so refreshing!
Tip: The wave pool may not be the ideal spot, since it tends to be crowded and the water less-than-clean.

Bus stop bench
Why? It’s a great way to pass time while waiting for the bus…
Tip: Late at night is best. Wear a mini-skirt, so you can straddle him while he sits on the bench.

Convertible
Why? A convertible is perfect for letting loose at the drive-in.
Tip: Wait until after the movie starts so that everyone is focused on the screen—not on you. A blanket will also keep prying eyes away. It goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway: DO NOT have sex while driving!

Downpour
Why? Because it’s thrilling to be out in the rain—and for once, not have to worry about getting wet. Plus, you and your partner are bound to be the only ones not trying to get out of the rain.
Tip: Watch out for mud!

Elm tree
Why? You’ll be able to do it in the shade while the sun is shining.
Tip: Go at it in a standing position, you leaning against the trunk. We suggest putting a blanket between your back and the tree to avoid scratching yourself with the bark.

Forest
Why? Because it’s so wild! And it’s not like the animals are watching…
Tips: Probably good to avoid hunting season—that’s September to October. If you simply can’t resist trying this location later on in the season, wear brightly-coloured clothing; better to be caught by a couple of moose than to be mistaken for some!

Garden
Why? You should celebrate all the tasty vegetables you’ve grown; we bet your little love-making session will make you even hungrier for them.
Tip:To avoid crushing your plants, lie down on a blanket or towel in the empty rows that are a bit deeper; you’ll be perfectly comfortable!

Hammock
Why? It’ll relax you, and it’s perfect for those reluctant to do it in public; you’ll benefit from complete privacy, or almost!
Tip: To stabilize yourselves, try the “cowgirl” position: the man sitting sideways on the hammock with his feet on the ground.

Island
Why? Because you’ve always fantasized about being shipwrecked on an island, just like in the movie Blue Lagoon.
Tip: Be sure to tie up your means of transportation, or to bring it onto the shore, so as not to be stuck like a couple of real castaways

Jacuzzi
Why? Because of the oh-so-memorable sensations provided by the combination of bubbles and lovemaking. It’s also one of the more private outdoor locations.
Tip: Don’t start off the evening with alcohol, or the heat from the Jacuzzi will make you both dizzy—the bubbles in the water should be enough excitement for one night!

Kiosk (at a fair)
Why? The light, festive atmosphere of the fair will put you in the perfect mood for a quickie in back of a kiosk.
Tip: Make sure to choose your spot wisely and pick a stand that’s high enough so you can sit underneath the counter for maximum privacy.

Lake
Why? Nothing’s more discreet (yet exciting!) than making love—and a splash—in the calm waters of a lake.
Tip: Bring along a floating device to make the task easier, and to give you something to grab hold of.

Market
Why? Eating is a prelude to sex. To double the pleasure, why not feast on some aphrodisiac foods—asparagus, avocado, fruit—before you get started?
Tip: Choose the location with precaution because of the large number of people at the market. The back of a stand or truck will offer you some calm and privacy.

Nursery
Why? Because doing it amidst beautiful, fragrant flowers is an amazing sensory experience.
Tip: Find a spot in a remote area of the nursery that is well-hidden from other customers.

Outdoor Opera
Why? You’ll enjoy the music even more while lovemaking, and will probably hit some high notes of your own…
Tip: Find a hidden area in the back of the crowd where no one will pay attention to you—and the music you’re making. Bring a blanket along so you’re not lying directly on the grass.

ParkingLot
Why? You’ll get the thrill of doing it in a wide, open space, but still benefit from the privacy provided by the cars.
Tip: Wait until night falls, so that you’re not as easily noticeable. Position yourself standing up between two cars—it’s as simple as that!

Quay (dock)
Why? We can’t think of anything more romantic than making love by the water as the sun sets.
Tip: Don’t get too close to the edge of the deck or it’ll be too easy to spot you; better stay closer to the shore. Just be careful not to roll around too much and end up in the water!

Raft
Why? You and your partner will love the intensity of doing it on the river!
Tip: Avoid rapids and stick to still waters. Sit on top of your partner, both of you looking towards the front of the raft, so you can keep an eye on where you’re going…

Steps
Why? They’re accessible! There are certainly outdoor steps somewhere not too far away—perhaps you even have them at home.
Tip: Be careful not to fall down! Rather, choose a step that is near the bottom; a little cushion for you or your partner to sit on may be a good idea as well.

Tent
Why? Your man needs to hold you tight so you don’t get scared of the strange noises you hear outside. Cuddle up to him and make some noise of your own; you’ll scare off any ferocious beasts outside.
Tip: Don’t forget that just because no one can see you doesn’t mean that no one can hear you…

University
Why? Because your school hoodie looks so much better when it’s the only thing you’re wearing. Plus, university campuses are just swarming with great spots to do it.
Tip: Watch out for patrolling security guards—although getting caught would make you feel even younger and in love (something to tell the grandkids!).

Vineyard
Why? Making love surrounded by nature is simply invigorating, and open areas will give you a feeling of freedom—you’ll climax in no time.
Tip: Lie down on the ground so you’ll be hard to spot (the vines are about one metre high) and to avoid crushing any grapes and staining your clothes.

Wedding
Why? There’s no better occasion for making love than at a celebration of, well, love.
Tip: Be careful not to steal the spotlight from the happy couple. Finding out about your lovey-dovey adventures could make them jealous. Wait for the reception before sneaking out discreetly—no one will even notice you’re gone.

Yard
Why? For a thrilling experience, you need look no further than your own backyard! Plus, there’s an added privacy factor that shyer girls will appreciate.
Tip: Skip mowing the lawn for once and roll around together in those long blades of grass—so much more romantic than doing it on a short, freshly-cut lawn!

Zoo
Why? Watching a couple of monkeys go at it is bound to give you some ideas; it’s the ideal situation to release your inner wild animal…grrr!
Tip: Pick a zoo that offers a drive-through safari so you can find a place to hideout—or go to a spot that’s far from humans, and from the animals, too.

And last but not least (no, we didn’t skip a letter!), “X” is for “x marks the spot”. Use it to mark your favourites from the locations on the list—and make sure to try them all again!

Have a great summer!
Premonition

As I walk into work today I noticed something very disturbing. People had been buying up copies of Premonition like crazy. It's only the second day out and we are almost sold out. I couldn't freakin' believe it. Obvious nobody in town knows what a good movie is. It was a terrible film don't waist your time.

Caving

This year was Skydiving next year it's caving. I've done something new each year for the last 5 years (Don't ask me why but it's just something I have to do). And for next year I've decided to give exploring caves a try. Don't ask where this idea came from...it just hit me. I never thought I'd honestly try it for one reason... Claustrophobia. I don't know what else to call it. I'm not affair of enclosed or confined spaces, but if my arms get closely pined to my side I freak out. From what I've seen of caving it looks like this is something that can/will happen. But it's all about facing and overcoming your fears. If your interested in learning more about caving yourself check out this website Caving Canada.

Velvet Revolver

My other brother just added insult to injury. So here is the story...When I heard VR was putting out a new album this year it meant I would be able to see them live for the first time. Out of all the bands currently playing they are probably my favorite. When they were touring for their first album my brother won tickets and backstage passes and got to meet Slash and Duff. So it really sucked that he didn't invite me. Then when I found out that Alice in Chains were the opening band I went ape shit b/c they are my favorite band and once I've seen them live I'll be complete. I was not going to let anything stop me from seeing these two together. However there is one thing that can...My oldest brothers wedding. The concert is in Vancouver Sept 7 and he is getting married the next day in Edmonton. Killing my chance of seeing them. The only other Canadian dates are in Toronto and Montreal. There isn't even a show scheduled for Seattle. Here's the insult in injury part...I just got a call from my other brother and he has the password for the presale...DAMN! I'm crossing my fingers that they scedule something for Alberta or Seattle. I really want to see VR for this tour b/c they are still fairly new that they will probably play some old Stone Temple Pilot and GNR songs.

Prefontaine

Yesterday I finally got my hands on my Prefontaine track suit. You may be wondering just who Prefontaine is, then again you might not but your about to find out. Steve Prefrontaine was an American Olympic long distance runner. He is considered one of the greatest American runners of all time, having inspired a running boom during the 1970s. He is known for his extremely aggressive "front-running" racing style and always believing in giving a full effort. Prefontaine know as Pre to his fans died at the age of 24 in a car accident. At one point he held the American record in every running event from the 2000 meters to the 10,000 meters. He went to the University of Oregon to run for coach Bill Bowerman, who would later co-found Blue Ribbon Sports, the precursor to the Nike shoe company. So why do I care? B/c they made two films about his life the first one called Prefontaine with Jared Leto as Pre, then Without Limits with Billy Crudup as Pre. I've never seen Prefontaine but have seen Without Limits many times over. That film just kicks ass. It's directed by Robert Towne who has wrote films such as Chinatown, Mission Impossible, and Day's of Thunder and is procuded by Tom Cruise. You may not have been around when Pre was alive but that film will turn you into a Pre fan. Back to the story of my track suit. During the start of summer my oldest brother headed down to the States and one place he stopped was Oregon. In a Nike store they had a vintage inspired Prefontaine track suit so I got him to pick it up for me. I also got him to get me a Pre t-shirt. However I thought getting the vintage track shoes was pushing it. But now I wish I got them to match. I finally got it yesterday b/c it's been at my Grandparents house and was picked up by my other brother. I think it's really cool to have, it's got a University of Oregon Track/Pre patch on left and Oregon written across the back. When I was in Toronto I found a Oregon Track shirt so I could wear that with the pants. If you have the chance I'd recomend checking out Without Limits.

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday

Last Sunday I rocked in PSP sales at FS. It was was best day and so far it is my best month as well. I'm almost over a $1000 for the month. It's going to really suck if I can't cross that mark for the month, but the way I'm going it's going to be hard not to. I sold 4 package deals as well as psp on 3 extra controllers. I'm looking forward to getting back to work tomorrow and seeing the damage I can do.

Risk

Today I picked up a copy of Risk for the PC. This is my favorite board game of all time. The first time I played it was back in 99' near the beginning of grade 12. I was hanging out with a group of my friends and we decided to play it. I had never played it before but my friend was into it. We had so much fun that night that it turned into a weekly thing. Just about every weekend we'd get together order some pizza, play Risk and watch movies. Playing Risk with the guys and girls was one of my favorite times in High School. Unfortunately all of our group are all over Canada and are busy with our own lives that we haven't played in quite some time. For our reunion I'd love to set up a game between us all. The bad thing about Risk is you need lots of people to really have fun. You can play with 2 or 3 people but it better with lots more. Now I'm able to play some Risk games by myself. It will keep me in shape if I'm able to ever get another game together. I think I only ever won once when we played but I did get close a few times. We also all had our very own distinct Risk boards. I had a Lord of the Rings version, while others had Space editions and Limited Collectors edition. The Collectors edition was the best b/c all the pieces were metal.

Vanishing Point

Well apparently you can still teach a old dog new tricks. I just finished watching the film Vanishing Point for the first time. If you've never heard of or seen it before it's about a car delivery driver who makes a bet he can drive a 1970 Dodge Challenger from Colorado to Frisco, California in less than 15hrs. If you saw Grindhouse they discuss the film quite a bit Tarantino's Death Proof. This movie was really freakin' cool. It was like discovering The Warriors for the first time. When I was in Toronto I can across a copy on DVD pretty cheap. I figured that if Tarantino would mention it in one of his films it must be cool. Before watching it I checked out the trailer. I was shocked to realized that I have actually seen this before, not as a movie but as music video. For Audioslave's music video 'Show Me How To Live' they use clips from the film but substitute Audioslave for the guys driving the Challenger. This is my favorite Audioslave song and one of my favorite music video's in the last few years. When I first saw the video I thought everything had been shot for the video. Man...was I wrong. I should have realized they were using footage from something else since Cleavon Little was in the video. Here is the music video. It does give away the ending to the film but let's be honest...how likely are you going to go out and watch the film. If you do however Future Shop does have it for $6.99.

Floyd

Today I met the coolest little girl at work. She must have been 6 or 7 and her favorite band was Pink Floyd. Obviously her parents introduced her to it, but the fact that she was so young and looking for another Pink Floyd album to add to her collection was super cool. I so want to do that for my kids when they are young.

Sunshine

A team of astronauts are sent to reignite the sun...What will they think of next. And you thought having to restart the earth's core was pushing things. Alas...it wasn't a pile of crap. I've give it 3 G's out of 5. One great thing you'll notice right away is that the film throws you right into the space mission. No having to watch 45 minutes of back story. On a mission such as this how could anyone volunteer without thinking it's a suicide mission. Especially since this is actually the second mission. The first one failed and were never heard from again. Then with a cast that contains no superstars anyone is really game to bite the dust. I was expecting a straight forward Sci-fi flick but the last half turns into a horror film. I really didn't even see this coming but in retrospect I can't see how I missed that. The outcome is predictable but if they didn't go that way it would have made the movie really terrible. If your at least a bit interested in seeing the movie you'll walk away thinking it okay.

Warning: If you looking for a good edition of Zodiac on DVD don't buy it when it comes to DVD on July 24th. On that day it's a bare bones edition containing only the movie. If you follow any of Fincher's films you'll notice all but one has been released in a stellar DVD edition. Today comes word that there will be a director's cut released in 2008, with a bunch of cool features. I really loved this film and I wanted to pick up a copy on it's release but know that I know for sure there is a better edition coming out I can postpone my purchase. I'm glad I at least found this out before the single disc comes out. Nothing pisses me off more when a studio releases a film on DVD then a month later announce a much better edition coming out.

Here is a new take of what may have actually happened the night Jim Morrison died. Former Nightclub manager and friend of the singer has come forward saying that contrary to the bathroom story, he was actually found dead in a toilet stall at the nightclub after overdosing on heroin. You can read the whole story over at Yahoo music. The story sounds like it could actually be true. The case of Morrisons death could even be reopend in light of this evidence.

If you go over to Yahoo movies you can check out the trailer for Death Sentence. It stars Kevin Bacon and is directed by the guy who did Saw. It has one of those simple plots that make it sound cool. "After his family members suffer at the hands of gang members, a father sets on a mission to kill each thug involved with the crime." It looks awesome and I really hope it is. I'm so bad. Today as I'm searching my DVD news I notice that the new Danny Boyle film that's coming to theatres in North America on July 20th is coming out on DVD in the UK in August. Guess what that means? That's right...a dvd quality is already available for download. I love that about foreign films.
Order of the Phoenix

You can add this one to the list of many films I've seen before the general public. I was really looked forward to this one. I thought this series could have only gotten better. However in this case it was more of a step backwards than forwards. Personally I thought it was a fairly weak film. Could it be b/c they turned the longest book into the shortest film in the series? From the trailer it looked like it was going to be a action packed all out war...Oh how I was wrong. Instead of lots of action it is filled with lots of backstory, relevations, and plot clarifications. Thus making it a necessary film in the series. Maybe things will get better with the Half Blood Prince. This one really seemed to lose the magic of it's predecessors. Thus I give it 2 G's out of 5. Just for your info I didn't like the second film in the series either. I did watch it will some die hard Potter fans and besides cutting a lot out from the book they did enjoy it, so if your one of those people you will probably like it just like them.
On a side note, before I watched the film I got to check out my skydiving video projected onto the big screen. It was almost like reliving the whole thing. It was so bad ass.

Live Free Or Die Hard

Here is another belated review. So once again we here another story of the most unluckiest lucky man in the world. I give it 4 G's out 5. Even thought it was a PG-13 movie instead of the R it should have been it was still pretty good. When your watching it it almost seems like they shot an R rated film but made cuts in order to make it a PG-13. For instance some scenes looked like the foul language was dubbed over. Or maybe it was my mind playing tricks on me wanting this to be rated R film. Justin Long made a pretty good sidekick, although you can't top Sam Jackson. I don't know if it's just me but Bruce being bald made it seem like it wasn't even John McClane. For me it wasn't until he started f-ing with the bad guys and mumbling to himself that I saw the John McClane that I know and love. If it wasn't for those moments this very easily could have just been a random Willis action film. The disappointing part was the cutting out of the f-word in the classic one liner "Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker". It was in the movie but when they get to the 'fucker' part there was an explosion. Didn't you guys watch 'Be Cool', it may be PG-13 but your still allowed to use at least one F word. What is also great is McClane's daughter. She's a tough SOB just like her father. So if you want to great action film with quite a bit of laughs check this one out. It's definitely a worth sequel.

Fav Time

Summer is definitely not my favorite time of the year, but there are still certain things about it I love. For instance the dying hours of the day. The time before, during and after sunset. For me that is the best part of the day. Even on days where it gets up to 40 degrees. There is nothing better than going outside to watch the sunset while having a cool drink and enjoying the piece and quite of life. Then reading a book until the world provides you with no more light to see.

The Hottest State

Here is the trailer for the Ethan Hawke directed film based on his first novel. I'd say he's probably at least one of my favorite actors today. Back in 1996 he wrote his very first novel. I never got around to reading it but through the years I have searched repeatedly for a copy of my own. I say of my own b/c my oldest brother did have a copy but I wanted to read my own. Probably when I heard he was making a film about it I gave up my search and thought I'd wait for the film. The book/film is about a young actor from Texas who tries to make it in New York while struggling in his relationship with a beautiful singer/songwriter. The film gets a limited release this August.

Evan Almighty

Meh. 2.5 G's out of 5. So basically we have God make Evan build an Ark which in the end brings him and his family closer but ultimately stops a bill from being passed that would destroy more land for housing.Warning: Cynical View on Life Ahead-- Does it really make a difference in the end? If you think about it, we wouldn't need the land if the population would just stop growing. God could have just put a stop to that and saved time..haha. Plus I'm sure all the trees that would have been cut down could have been used to build that Ark. So there is this weeks cynical look into life...lol. The major flaw of this film was that it was extremely light on the laughs. I would've expected more from Shadyac and Oedekerk. If only they tried to go for the PG-13 rating like it's predecessor then maybe it would have been better. I expected to laugh when I watched this. The story was good even though I have a cynical look at it. If you want to see a funny movie I would say skip this one but it would be worth a rent at some point. Here are two take aways I liked about the film. First the world can be changed by one Act of Random Kindness at a time. I thought that was neat. Also where Morgan Freeman says when people pray for courage or strength do I just wave a wand and give it to them or do I give them opportunities to be courageous and have strength. I thought that was a cool way to look at things as well.

Transformers

Here is but one belated review of many films to come. I had the chance to check this one out even before the general public. I won't tell you how; but it does make for a great story. I'm a 80's kid but I wasn't big into the whole Transformers thing. I personally only had one of the toys, which I remember getting for one of my birthdays. My best friend when I was younger was big into them. He was an only child and his parents bought him everything Transformers related. I remember many times going over to his house and playing with them. So unlike most geeks I wasn't really dieing to see this movie, but still manged to see it before them all...'evil grin'. I therefore probably represent a vast majority of people who are aware of what the Transformers are but were either too old or too young to get into it. On that note I would give it 4.5 G's out of 5. It was a humorous, entertaining action packed film. It perfectly blends a Bay action film with a Speilberg family film. One thing I really liked was the relationship between Shia Labeouf''s and Megan Fox's characters. It's the teenage awkwardness nerd in love with hot chick that we've seen time and time again but always fun to watch. Also in the beginning the Autobots were a bit goofy at times but it just added to the fun of the whole film. The old school fans may not like those parts but it was something I enjoyed. The film may have also acted as 2hr car commercial but it certainly does work. I think yellow is the most horrible color for a car but I would certainly love to have a yellow Camero and pimp it out Autobot style. In the end I would say it's a great summer film for fans and non fans alike.

Looking Forward Too...

Here is a list of films that I'm looking forward to for the next couple months.

July13th
Captivity - what looks to be a great sick and twisted thriller.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix-this series just keeps on getting better.
Rescue Dawn-Escape movies are awesome especially when based on true stories.

July 20th
I Now Pronounce you Chuck & Larry-well I'm actually looking more forward to Jessica Biel.
Sunshine-As much as it seems like it's going to be 'The Core' or 'Armageddon' I have a feeling it's going to be anything but.

July 27th
Skinwalkers-A badass werewolf film? This is either another chance to do the werewolf genre right or f-it up more.
Simpsons-Duh!

August 10th
Stardust-reminiscent of the great sci-fi fantasy films of the 80's

August 17th
Superbad-If you see the unrated trailer and laugh till it hurts you'll know why.
The Invasion- another incident of a major studio film being completely re-shot. I'd loved to see both versions on DVD.

August 24th
War-looks like crap but Statham is just freakin' cool.
The Hottest State-Ethan Hawk directing the film for his first book.

August 31st
Death Sentence-I love these type of revenge films

September 7th
Shoot Em' Up-probably going to be the coolest film of the year.

DVD Collection

It only took three days but I finally have an updated dvd database. If anyone has checked the link to my dvd collection they may have noticed that it hasn't been updated in quite some time. I was using a program called DVD profiler. It used to be a really awesome program but it has slowly gone done hill over the last year. A lot of the titles I were buying didn't even come up in the system, so that really pissed me off. Plus I've been buying an alarming rate over the past few months that I never really found the time to enter them in. My brother found a new program called DVD Aficionado, which is a lot better. The only down side was I would have to go through my collection and reenter everything one at a time. The small upside was my collection is in the same room as my computer so I didn't have to keep going back and forth between rooms while entering things. It also turns out that my brother miss counted my collection a couple months back. He said it was up to about 1300. It turns out my collection is only just now over 1300. It should be 100% accurate right now, unless my brother has borrowed some that I don't know about. If you'd like to take a look here is the link. It will also be in my links page.

1408

The owners of the Dolphin hotel could turn this room into the ultimate ride. 4 G's out of 5. Usually when your adapting a King story you can't go wrong. This is probably the creepyest a film is able to get in these days. In my opinion the one genre of horror that has blown since CGI came into play has been ghost stories for example The Haunting. How can one honestly be scared of a CGI ghost. Yes...there were two CGI ghosts but they weren't meant to all that frightening. All the other supernatural elements were all practical making them much easier to beleive. Another thing I like is that they don't give a reason for why the room is evil. If they had said the place was built by a millionare who was into the ocult I would've had to kill someone. One part of the film that took away from things was it's red herring of an ending. When I thought the movie was going to end so cheaply all I could do was shake my head. Luckily it didn't.

MoJo

Here's an old song from 'Peeping Tom' that I'm really digging. The lead singer is Mike Patton of 'Faith No More' fame.

Porn & Pizza

What a great combo...lol. Opening last week in Winnipeg was a pizza place called "Porno Pizza". Taking a play from 'Revenge of the Nerds' at the bottom of every pizza box with be a racy image ranging from soft porn to super hardcore. Each slice will slowly reveal the image. Proving the adage once again that sex sells. There will now be more than greasy stains left in the pizza box.. LOL. Or how about this one: I'd like the hair pie special...hehe. I could sit here and think of these all day but I won't.
Back In Business

Hopefully this will be my triumphant return to the blogging world. This last month or so I've been plagued with little time, a shitty computer, and a week without use of a computer. Hence the lack of blogging, "But now I'm back to let you know I can really shake 'em down". The main problem was the shitty computer. My younger brother ended up putting a virus on the thing f-in' everything up. I could still use it but I couldn't get too far into anything without the whole thing freezing up or something else going wrong. But sometimes you need theses little set backs to take a giant leap forward.

Realizing I'm going to need my own computer in the very near future I just went out and bought a new one for myself. Now if anybody fucks it up there is only one person to blame. I'm not what you would call a computer expert so I wasn't exactly sure what to look for, however one of my best friends is so I got his help in picking out something that isn't a complete piece of shit. I could've got one of the guys I work with to help me out but I didn't want to look like a complete moron. Looking like an idiot in front of friends is not a problem. I ended up getting a bitchin' 19" Flat Widescreen monitor which looks really sexy when it's set up. Yes that right...I used 'sexy' to describe my computer. Then I also picked up a wireless router so I could piggy back off my parents Internet. Now I can go online whenever I want and not have to share with anyone else. As a result blogging may increase or at least go back to the good of days of making 3 or 4 posts a day.
