Observation
In London they have gotten rid of the iconic Double-Decker buses as public transportation. Mainly due to the difficulty accommodating disabled passengers. However, they do still have some for tours and special routes. Then when I was in Kelowna last Thursday I noticed that they have adopted the Double-Decker buses for public transportation. What gives eh?
