Hold Up

So here is an interesting story. The other night my Dad was held up at work. Now before your mind rushes to conclusions hear me out. If you know my Dad you may know the conclusion already. My dad works night audit at the same hotel I work at. Sometime around midnight a guy came into the hotel wearing a balaclava and caring a 8-10 inch knife demanding money. My dad says "we don't have any, we run on debit and credit". This being 100% true. How many people do you think pay for $100 a night hotel rooms with cash (but of course we also have cash). He demanded again and my dad told him the same thing. The third time he demanded my dad told him to fuck off. Then the guy left. My Dad is someone who doesn't put up with shit like that. Sometimes my dad has carried a broken pool cue behind the front desk. I bet if he had it that night the robber would have been beaten senseless. He then called the cops, but they were unfortunately unable to track him down. When my Mom first told me he was held up the first thing I thought was did my dad kick the guys ass. I've seen the surveillance video of the thing and the guy got pretty close with his blade from across the front counter. The whole time my Dad was playing it cooler than cool. In conclusion my Dad is one bad ass motherfucker!
