Audioslave No More

Chris Cornell has left Audioslave! Read the full article here. Too bad...I really liked this band. Now it's even cooler that I have seen them live. Plus having a few of their shirts, now that they are no more is also pretty cool. Maybe there is some good news from all of this. Chris Cornell will release his second solo album "Carry On" May 1st. Who knows what might happen after that? Maybe we will see a Soundgarden reunion. Plus guitarist Tom Morello, bassist Tim Commerford and drummer Brad Wilk, have reunited with singer Zack de la Rocha to resurrect their former band Rage Against the Machine for some live shows. Maybe will even get a new album out of them. This is all very exciting and sading news.

In other news I have a really bad cold... I hate being sick. I haven't been sick in a while. It started on my day back from LA. I had a sore throat. I was hoping it wouldn't develop into anything, but when I got back into Van both my Grandparents had the flu so that didn't really help me. I'm a really big baby when I'm sick. I want to be waited on hand and foot. Unfortunately I have no one around to do that. I also hate that I'm one of those people who will work no matter what. I really wish I'd call in sick, but it's not in me to do it. The only way I'd never show up to work was if I was dead. So b/c I'm not feeling so well it will take a few more days before I get to telling you all about my LA trip :(
