Over 62, 000
That's how many zombies I have killed in Dead Rising. One of the things I have done all day long is kill zombies so I could unlock the Zombie Genocide achievement and obtain Mega Man's Arm Cannon. In order to do that you need to kill 53,594 zombies. So I've been running zombies over for a good portion of the day while listening to Velvet Revolver, System of A Down and NIN. I took a few breaks here and there to watch more Lost episodes and went to The Convenant. So I now finally have the arm cannon. I haven't used it much right now but so far I'm not really impressed. I think that's just b/c I'm tired and have been up for almost 24 hrs. I think once I get the Mega Man costume and start using it more it will be really fun. It was definitely worth spending the day to obtain. I started with a level 23 and worked my way up to a level of 40 just by running zombies over in vehicles. Now all the side stuff won't be as difficult. Before I play again though I'm going to have to upload the original Dawn of the Dead and remake soundtrack so I can kill zombies to that music. I can't wait that will be so much fun.
I also discovered how long the batteries will last in the wireless controller. As I was starting to play for the day my controller kept disconnecting. Once I changed the batteries it was fine. So in conclusion, if your playing hardcore it will last for less than a month.
And I have made it to the final episode of Lost. I remember when season 2 aired that people didn't like it as much. I don't see why not. This has been another great year. I'm now going to check out the season finale before I fall asleep. Then I'll be able to start the next season of Smallville tomorrow. Yeeeaaah Boooooooooy!

Sorry you haven't been feeling well lately but that's awesome about the 62,000 zombies! I'm not sure if I'd have that much patience or what, but I've been getting the silly achievements such as the bowling ball one and the masquerade party one. Such an awesome game!!
And you've been watchign Lost? Really? YAY. I'm running out of people I know that are into the show so it makes me really happy to know that someone out there is watching it. I guess Season Three starts in a few weeks - my only concern is that the place I'm staying at only has like 12 channels, so what if none of them have Lost? That's gonna really suck. But yeah, at least you're watching!!!

Thanks, I'm feeling pretty good now. I didn't think I'd have that much patience at first but up to about 40,000 zombies I was still having fun running them over. I think playing music through the hard drive helped a bit. If I knew how easy it would be to raise my levels by running them over I would have started the game off by doing just that. I haven't played it since I got the arm cannon but I looking forward to it when I get back into town. I hope I can kill the bosses in just one hit or at least a couple of shots.
Hells yes I'm still into Lost. What I found a minor problem was it had been such an absence from finishing the 1st season and starting this one that some of the small connections I had forgot about. I wish a month before I picked up on season two I'd gone back and watched 1 again. Such a great show! I may not be able to wait this time around for season 3 on DVD. My youngest brother and parents are also still into the show, but I'll have to see if they tune into season 3.
